Shipping Methods
We use the standard shipping option for most orders. Delivery occurs within 5-15 business days after production is complete. Detailed information can be found below in the "Delivery Time Frame" section.

Please note:
More than 97% of packages will arrive on time. However, there are occasional cases where delivery delays occur due to extreme weather conditions, foreign customs, or an incorrect address. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in such a situation.
Submit your request to the "Modify or Cancel Order Center" if you require expedited shipping.
Modification orders will add 1-2 days to production time.
For orders delivered to a PO box, please include the postal code plus 4 or 5 digits in your delivery address.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order is ready to ship, so you can track it to your home.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If any information is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also be caused by customs.
Please fill out your address completely, otherwise the package will be returned to us.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. However, orders sometimes arrive after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for delayed delivery include:

Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Extreme weather conditions
International customs procedures
If you do not receive your package on time as stated on our website, we offer a reshipment or refund as desired. Please email us at service@kisshuts.com and we will resolve the issue!
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries do not charge import fees for shipments, while others do. Taxes are not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
